Introduction

Accessing to safe food is crucial for sustaining one’s good health and maintaining Taiwan’s reputation as a gastronomic paradise. Institute of food safety and health risk assessment of Yang-Ming University, was established in (August, 2017). We aim to educate and cultivate master students’ expertise among:

1. Hazardous substance health risk assessment;

2. Cross-disciplinary management and communication for food safety and health risks;

3. Food Safety and Management;

4. Food nutrition epidemiology;

5. Interaction between food and medicine.
